How much heat a ceramic pan can take will depend on its design. A pan of 100% ceramic can handle extreme heat (up to 2500 \u00baF); the nonstick type with advanced technology up to 600 \u00baF; but for the standard nonstick type I recommend no higher than medium heat.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
